Off Road Driving
Used correctly, off road vehicles are very versatile with a wide variety of uses. Even the most experienced drivers can find themselves in hazardous and potentially dangerous situations. Training is a legal requirement if you drive off-road for business purposes.
The Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER) require employers to ensure that 4 x 4s are driven only by employees that have received appropriate training in there safe use. The self-employed have the same responsibility.
